   Choose one of our Floor Plans, then talk to our designers and estimators about make any modifications your family desires; or go all in and hire an architect to create your forever home; the choice is yours.
3. CONTINGENT AGREEMENT TO BUILD
   Our Standard Agreement is fully contingent on mortgage financing approval and your homesite settlement. Ask for our team’s assistance in making your home site agreement fully contingent on obtaining all permits and approvals.
4. LOAN & HOMESITE CLOSING
   In most cases, construction-to-permanent loans have only one closing; Buyer’s make settlement on the homesite and simultaneously enter into a construction loan that pays the Builder in stage payments.
5. FEATURES & OPTIONS
   Here’s where the real fun begins: our designers and estimators are available to guide Buyer’s at every stage of the process from color choices, to kitchen design, and through showroom selections.
6. PLANS & PERMITS
   Buyers need not be overwhelmed; our team and our professionals can prepare any documents required.
